Consistently poor level of service from the receptionists, they are usually rude and very unhelpful, they seem to think they are above the law, looking forward to them being replaced by automated systems that would make their roles redundant.

Automate the booking process, I can book flights, buy a car and transfer 10k by app or web but cannot book an appointment.

Had a telephone consult with Dr Quban who was very helpful and spent a lot of time with me. I have also seen Dr Cook at the practice recently and she has been very helpful too. I hope both doctors can remain at our practice for as long as possible !

Melanie is the most professional member of staff her public facing, communication and empathy skills are excellent. She ought to train the rest of the team. However the phone system is appalling all engaged and options not working in total 45 minutes to get through and this was mid afternoon. Not really a caring practice

What a difference a year makes! From the most dreadful experience under ACE to the best service ever. Kind, considerate, the phone is answered, you can speak to a doctor, you can get an appointment the receptionists could not be more helpful. Nothing is too much trouble.
